ToolKit respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. As a provider of browser-based tools, we are committed to responding to legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

Important Notice: ToolKit provides client-side processing tools. User files are processed locally in browsers and are not stored on our servers. However, we take copyright infringement seriously and will respond appropriately to valid DMCA notices.

How to File a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through ToolKit, please notify our designated copyright agent by email.

Warning: Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in liability for damages under the DMCA. Please consult with an attorney before filing a DMCA notice.

Required Information in Your DMCA Notice

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are involved, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, with enough detail so that we may locate it (e.g., specific URL, tool name, and description).
  3. Your contact information including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name will serve as your electronic signature).

Our Response Procedure

What happens after we receive your DMCA notice

Notice Review

We will review your DMCA notice for completeness and validity within 1-3 business days of receipt.

Content Removal

If the notice is valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

User Notification

We will notify the user who posted the content and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice.

Counter-Notice Option

Users may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction in federal court

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, ToolKit has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

Note About ToolKit’s Services: As most ToolKit tools operate through client-side processing in users’ browsers, our ability to remove infringing content may be limited to website content, descriptions, or user-generated materials that are stored on our servers.

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the ToolKit website.
